1 teaspoon baking powder

226g unsalted butter
200g brown sugar
200g white sugar
Use a fork, mix all dry ingredients in small blow, set aside.
In a separate bowl mix wet ingredients 1, set aside.
Place cool butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar into the mixer. With the paddle attachment beat on a low speed until the mixture forms small crumbles, add chocolate chips, then mix on low for about 30 seconds.
Add dry ingredients and mix till combined. Add egg mixture and mix again on low until dough forms.
Cover dough and refrigerate for 4 to 24 hours.
Bake at 375 for 17 minutes.
